Subscription in a “normal” situation, where pricing would be divided into 2, i.e.
- Initial setup fee
(to be paid before setup period starts) - Annual Fee to run competitions on an annual basis.
Year one: Annual fee to be paid before judging starts.
Following years: Annual fee to be paid before period starts. - Wishes beside this “normal” situation to be negotiated/priced separately
Initial Setup
- Setup software for first use (Photographers, Judges and Administration), setup integration with a provided Stripe account from user, setup email-link as agreed, initial implementations of software, integration of provided “info” files, within software limits adapting to user’s ideas for the competition, setup of first competition for categories etc.
- Agreement of plan for the first implementation, i.e. in this case where we have a “time pressure” setting up first for photographers’ interface and needed admin sections. Then, asap, also the rest of the system
- Setup/design of templates for “certificates” and Social Media slides after an agreed design and with agreed content.
- Setup of “levels” for point based certificates – as f ex Merit, Distinction etc. – or what user would like to name them.
- Training of “admin” staff from user as well as training of a user selected Head Judge in the use of the system. How does what work – support for the setup. We intend to create a software that users can “run” by them self – with us as supporters/backup.
- Support during initial Setup.
- Help setting up “email templates” in the system.
- Setup of “result galleries”, that can be integrated in users own website.
- Software will be set up at our server – but can be with an agreed web-site address from user – f ex www.user.domain/competition

Annual fee
- The annual fee covers the normal “running” of the software and “normal” support of users to run the system.
- We intend to help you get to know the system so well, that you can do many tasks your self – with us as support/backup.
- The annual fee included system upgrades that we initiate. Ideas welcome, we will then off course consider if they could be useful for a generic version of the software.
- “Special requirements/solutions” can be made but is not included in the annual fee. Price for “extras” to be agreed – if there is any. We intend the generic software can run competitions well without a need for “special solutions”.
